Multi-Cultural: Equity Throughout Disasters
FEMA’s Office of Equal Rights (OER) invites you to participate in a crucial conversation on equity in disasters. This Civil Rights summit is the first of three, designed for FEMA to engage with individuals, community organizations, local jurisdictions and others who understand their communities best. Perspectives and feedback from the public are critical to ensuring FEMA effectively prepares and serves all communities before, during and after disasters.
The summit will provide an opportunity to learn more about FEMA services and programs, as well as an opportunity to engage directly with FEMA's senior leaders regarding FEMA and equity in disasters.
OER welcomes you to submit questions, which FEMA will respond to during the summit. If you have a question regarding FEMA and equity in disasters, please submit NLT 11/06/20 to FEMA-CivilRightsOffice@fema.dhs.gov.

Thank you!
